How to Request Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and data from the Eksab platform, please follow these steps:

Steps to Request Deletion:

  1. Go to your account settings in the Eksab app
  2. Tap "Delete My Account"
  3. Fill out the confirmation form and submit
  4. Wait for confirmation of your request processing within 30 business days

Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Any user-generated content
  • Account preferences and personal settings
  • Activity log and platform interaction history

Data That May Be Retained

The following data may be retained:

  • Anonymous analytics or aggregated data for internal reporting
  • Data required by law or regulations (if applicable)
  • Security and audit logs for fraud protection purposes
  • Financial data related to transactions (as required by law)

Deletion Request Processing Period

Processing Time:

  • Deletion requests are processed within 30 business days from the date of request receipt
  • If there are active competitions, deletion may be postponed until competitions end
