01. Competition Participation

Participation in competitions available through the Eksab platform is open to everyone according to each competition's terms.
No purchase is required to enter a competition unless this is clearly stated in its specific terms.
Participation constitutes full acceptance of all published terms and conditions, including any additional terms set by the organizer.

Participants must reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless the competition terms specify otherwise.
The following groups may not participate in competitions organized by their own entities.
Eksab employees, employees of companies operating the system, and their first-degree relatives.
Employees of advertising or marketing agencies contracted for the competition and their first-degree relatives.
Employees of participating shopping centers or stores and their first-degree relatives.

All submitted information must be accurate and match the participant's official identification document.
Residents of the Kingdom must register their full names in Arabic exactly as shown on their official identification.
If more than one account is discovered for the same person, the platform may cancel all associated accounts and disqualify that person from prizes.
Official identification must be valid when a prize is collected.

Draws are conducted using the mechanism approved by Eksab and in accordance with competition terms and Saudi laws.
If a winner's information does not match their official identification, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate selected.
Winners must complete all prize collection procedures within the period set by the organizer or lose their entitlement to the prize.

The competition organizer is responsible for providing and delivering prizes.
Eksab is not responsible for the type, value, or quality of prizes, or for related financial obligations or compensation.
A prize cannot be exchanged or transferred unless the organizer explicitly allows it.

Eksab may cancel an entry or disqualify a participant from prizes if manipulation or inaccurate information is proven.
Eksab and its partners are not liable for damages or losses resulting from participation in competitions or use of prizes.
The platform is not responsible when a winner or organizer breaches any prize delivery or collection requirement.

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Eksab reserves the right to modify these terms or add provisions at any time, with changes announced through the platform.
Apple Inc. is not a party to or responsible for any competition or prize published through Eksab.
